Dan Forster

Dan is from the Island, he grew up in Wootton Bridge and attended Ryde High School. After graduating from Bristol University in 2005 he joined a mixed practice in Wiltshire, where he worked for a few years before returning to the Island with his wife Kirsty (who just happens to be a veterinary nurse!). After working in a few practices on the Island as a small animal vet, Dan continued to feel that there was something missing. He yearned for a work:life balance that meant he could spend more time with his young family but still provide a caring professional service to Island residents' pets.

In his free time, you’ll find Dan with Kirsty - his wife and co-founder of The Mobile Vet & their two young daughters. Dan is an amazing cook & if Kirsty can't find him he'll usually be outdoors in his veg patch or wild food foraging!
